AM Session

 1.          1. CORE CONSTRUCTION – “Building Your Body on a Firm Foundation”:  To build a house, the first important task is building a strong foundation.  Your house must also be built on a firm foundation to meet daily demands for all the hats you wear as a woman.  Come hear how a professional clears misconceptions and gives you facts on how to build a strong core.  Workshop Leader – Susan Largent, Personal Trainer and Owner of “Core Fitness Consulting”.

 2.         2. PROCEED WITH CAUTION – “Signs Along the Paths of Your Life”:  Knowing and becoming closer to the Lord so that you can hear and follow His signs to direct your life.  Workshop Leader – Anne Davis – MOPS Ministry, Mother of seven daughters and former executive.

 3.         3. CONSTRUCTION ZONE – “Detour Ahead – Beautification in Progress”:  Hear and watch demonstrated tips and inside secrets for enhancing your own beauty.  This session is valuable to any lady who wants to look her very best.  Workshop Leader – Lisa Harney – Beauty Consultant.

 4.            4.  REDUCE SPEED AHEAD – “Consider the Lilies”:  How to live in order to receive God’s blessings in your life.  Workshop Leader – Jennifer Cockerham – Nurse and Author of “Joy Cometh in the Morning”.

 PM Session

 1.           1. RESTORATION PROJECT – “Scrapbooking”:  Bring 2 – 4 photos of an event or a special person for this session.  We will create a short story card and restore a priceless memory from your life.  Workshop Leader – Cheryl Manual – Consultant with Creative Memories.

 2.        2. BUCKLE UP FOR SAFETY – “Overcoming Fears”:  Come hear how you can become fearless in a world filled with fear.  Workshop Leader – Terry Keene – Church Lay Counselor with Life Support Ministries.

 3.        3. DUCT TAPE – “Taming the Tongue”:  Discovering the tongue’s divine destiny and releasing the glorious potential of your lips.  Workshop Leader – Dawn Baynes – Women’s Discipleship Counselor.

 4.        4. SLOW DOWN – “Watch for Falling Rocks”:  Don’t lose focus.  Listen to God to fulfill your purpose in life.  Workshop Leader - Deena Jackson – Former MOPS Ministry Leader and speaker.
