"Life is ten percent what happens to you and ninety percent how you
respond to it. How you respond to circumstances and issues in your
life says a lot about you. We all have "habitual behavior patterns"
that have a profound effect on us both emotionally and spiritually.
Mostly, these patterns of behavior can influence the way we relate
and view those around us and God. Understanding these patterns of
behavior can greatly change our relationships and draw us closer to
our Heavenly Father. God created us and knows us completely, and he
alone can change, heal, and bring us to total dependence on him.
The Life Support Counseling Ministry is here to help you understand
yourself better and support you on your lifelong journey of
"habitual godliness" that will extend to areas of your life of
loving and serving God and others.
The Life Support Counseling Ministry is available to our
congregation and community at large at Triad Baptist Church. The
ministry operates on a voluntary basis and as such, no fees are
charged.
Life Support leaders, although not professional counselors, have
been trained to offer biblical encouragement, support and guidance
to individuals, couples, and families.
